Well, if you've not been on the planet for the last 23 days - then you won't have missed the long awaited news concerning the route for Stage 3 of next year's Tour De France 2014!
Since the slight delay from the 1st October, there's been plenty of speculation as to the final route and whether Saffron Walden would be included or just by passed as the route heads out from Cambridge through Essex and into East London to that all to familiar finish line for every "London" major cycle event.
Well today, the route (along with all the other stages!) was announced and look who's not just coming to town - but the "only" town in Essex!
So we're more than pleased that everything is heading in the right direction towards the best ever spectacle that will be remembered for a life time (or by some last visited by the milk race some many, many years ago!).
As time unfolds we'll let you know as we know - but just to get you going just think about this? The stage passes through on Monday 7th July - the day after the Carnival Weekend which will see it's first ever "Road Sportive Event - following a large section of the route that the Tour will be on the following day!
More details to follow on this one!"
