Rides Update

It was great last weekend to get the 9:45 ride going again, and our plan is to continue to offer these rides for the rest of the summer season. They run at 15/16mph and 17/18mph respectively, running one of our other summer routes.

Riders who are interested should meet near Bicicletta and form groups, you can then pick which speed/distance you all want to ride. This has always been an informal finishing point for rides anyway, so you should see plenty of riders around!

TTT Training

Whilst the Tour of Cambridgeshire has been postponed until next year, we plan to continue to run the TTT training sessions for those who are interested. These are open to anyone in the club who is interested in having a go - Just send us an email (rides@waldenvelo.com) to let us know you're coming.

These have been great fun to date and a good chance to work with a team to go as fast as possible around the circuit.

Going forward

As you may know, on the 19th July COVID restrictions will be changing. Therefore this weekend is the last ride where groups will meet in separate locations. We're looking forward to seeing some of you from the car park for the first time in over a year!

We will give an overview of the ride rules going forwards next weekend - We're planning a special ride, keep an eye out!
